13 Aug: Enrolment Ceremony

For 13 Aug (Thursday), there will be a short meeting from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.
Report in FULL UNIFORM at 2E3 Classroom.
3.30pm to 4.30pm: Enrolment Ceremony.

All Sec1s, please refer to page 50 for the procedure of the ceremony.
All Sec1s, please bring your enrolment badge.
Attire for all must be proper and neat.
Tie up hair into plaits if hair touches the crest.
NO ANKLE SOCKS, otherwise, pay up to buy socks next meeting.
Belt must be seen.
If need help with uniform, please ask the seniors for help BEFORE the reporting time.
BE PUNCTUAL.
4.30pm to 5.30pm: Presentation of East Division Day Competition to Guider/CL/ACL

Thursday is not a time for discussion and preparation.
Hand up a proposal if possible by Thursday.
All those not taking part in any competition will STILL have to go to Dunman High for East Division Day. Attendance is compulsory.
For 14 Aug (Friday), there will be no meeting as there is Inter-UG games.
All have to report at 2.15PM at 2E3 classroom in PT and track pants.
2.30pm to 6.30pm (time estimated): INTER-UG GAMES!!! :D

Weishan, Vereen and Angelina have to report early to Ms Sharon Koh, time not confirmed.
